When FileFit helps
Uploading a photo to an application form
Job portals and school application pages often limit photos to 200 KB or 500 KB. Pick the number from the instructions and the photo is reduced to a JPG under that size, using the highest quality that still fits so faces stay sharp.
iPhone photos that won’t open on a PC or website
iPhones save photos as HEIC, which some PC programs and upload pages can’t open. Convert many photos to JPG at once and download them together as a ZIP instead of re-saving them one by one.
Submitting a passport or visa photo online
Online passport and US visa applications set a fixed aspect ratio and pixel size. Choose the size, line the face up with the guide, and you get a JPG with the exact pixel dimensions. Always check the latest requirements from the issuing office before you submit.
Sending several pictures as one document
Receipts, supporting documents and photos of notes often have to be submitted as a single file. Put them in order and combine them into one PDF, with a choice of paper size, margins and quality to suit printing or upload limits.
Submitting separate PDFs as one file
When an application, certificates and a portfolio must be uploaded as one file, merge the PDFs in the order you want. Every page keeps its original size and content, and password-protected files are flagged before you merge.
Why your files never leave your device
Every FileFit tool processes files inside the browser you are using. When you compress a photo or merge PDFs, nothing is sent over the internet, so ID scans, passport photos and contracts stay with you.
With no server in the middle there is no upload to wait for. You save results with the download button, and they disappear when you close the page.
